Dual Antiplatelet Therapy With Complex Lesions: Cumulative Incidence of Endpoint Events From 12 to 30 Months After Randomization The endpoint events were stratified by randomized treatment arm and number of anatomical complexity characteristics. Outcomes were analyzed comparing randomized treatments among subgroups of subjects with 0 (n = 7,824), 1 (n = 3,182), or 2 or more (n = 548) anatomic complexity characteristics to assess whether treatment effects differed depending on the number of complexity factors. Relative treatment effects were consistent for the outcomes of MI or stent thrombosis and MACCE independent of the number of complexity characteristics. MACCE = major adverse cardiovascular or cerebrovascular event(s); MI = myocardial infarction. Robert W. Yeh et al. JACC 2017;70: 2017 American College of Cardiology Foundation
