Food Preservation Basics Presented by Jenny Lobb, Family and Consumer Sciences Educator, OSU Extension Franklin County Class Dates May 22: Food Preservation 101 June 26: Canning Basics July 31: Freezing and Drying Fruits and Vegetables August 28: Preserving Herbs September 11: Making Flavored Vinegars All classes are free to attend and will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. at Groveport Town Hall (648 Main Street, Groveport, OH ).
