10 Development Types Unchanged. Yield Groups splits differ:
HW stands split on density (B, C/D)
HjP stands split on density (B, C/D)
jPH stands split on density (B, C/D)
HxS stands split on density (B, C/D)
xSH stands split on density (B, C/D)
bS stands split on site index
jP stands split on site index
jPbS stands split on site index
wSbF stands split on FMZ
TL>10% stands split on TL % (11-30% and >30%)
All Tamarack volume remains out of the yields.

Slightly different utilization assumptions employed:
Pulp definition changed: SWD compilation dropped the use of tree defects (mistletoe, spiral grain, conk) to ID pulp logs
HWD slash definition switched from using tree defects to using C-Zone factors to get net volumes.

Util diff (C zone factors vs tree level defects)
Terminal age changes (e.g. HxS went from 95 to 115 yrs)
More Softwood Volume (+3%) but less Pulp (20% vs 40%)
Older terminal age give more volume overall
Lower pulp % due to change in tree level defects indicating pulp
