Team Registration Forms 11 September 2018 Code of Conduct Affiliation – EN Membership All players (and umpires) MUST hold EN membership to participate in the South Yorkshire League £46.20 for over 18 years Covers period 1 September – 31 August See benefits of EN Membership Entry fee’s £ for Championship – Division 3 (14 games @£27.50 per game) £ for Division 4 (16 £27.50 per game) 2017/18 – prize money and any refunds will be available in the next couple of weeks and will be posted out to club named contacts

Officiating Group – Appoint Umpires to Fixtures 4th court added to the league – Sheffield Concord Sports Centre Umpire Mentoring Programme Umpire Expenses – paid by teams on the evening Shorter league to allow for Summer Competition to take place between May and July Changes to the league for 2018/19

Adding Players to Team registration Sheets
You are able to add players to team registration sheets at any point during the season This should be via to Information to include in the is Team to be added to Full Name Affiliation Number Date affiliated to EN Adding Players to Team registration Sheets

Paperwork – Standards Is important that the paperwork you send through is Clear Timely Correct – number of people just put first names – We at least need the first initial and surname e.g. R Radford We have a small teams of volunteers that have to check all team registration sheets against EN Affiliation Database Spot check team registration sheets to ensure all players listed are on Team registration sheets Results are same on both results cards and results information to ensure correct results are detailed on the league tables

Team Allocations and Fixtures
Team Information 1 copy is available for each team entered into the league to take away this evening Fixtures – these will be available to download from the website later this evening – we will also confirm these on the South Yorkshire Facebook Group Umpire Allocations – in the process of being completed, and individuals will be ed over the next few days with allocations for the period September - December Umpire Mentor Programme Individuals who have submitted paperwork to join the programme, we will confirm to you by the end of this week Your mentor Allocated game (Division 5) for your mentoring to commence Those already part of the programme – will be included in the allocations for Division 5 and will be notified when your mentor will be coming out to see you
