4. Proposed Mission:
Assist the sailing community (broadly defined) in the solution of technical problems. We will:
promote collaboration and encourage sharing of data and ideas amongst the sailing community through the use of electronic communications
develop public and open standards for design, analysis and data transfer
work with other SNAME technical panels on problems of interest
