2 Why Yoga? Yoga is an excellent way to discover a new realm of fitness.
Practicing breathing, poses, and meditation allows for you to connect with your body in new ways. You can shape up and be healthier in mind, body and spirit!

3 What IS Yoga? Yoga, or “Union”, was created in India and has been evolving for over 5000 years. The various yoga practices were and still are used as a method for reaching the goal of true happiness, liberation, and enlightenment. It is a means to connect with oneself by reinforcing positive energy and to remove the negative.

4 Is yoga for me? No matter if you are strong or weak, coordinated or uncoordinated, spiritual or not, you can practice yoga and reap the benefits. Yoga is also acceptable for all ages and populations!
