2 Due Dates April 30 – non-IT professional end user surveys / assessments completed May 31 – IT professional assessments completed Note: we are willing to work individually with a college or division if there will be issues with meeting the dates

4 TAMU Google Team Drives
Each college / division will have at least one Team Drive. The drive(s) will be used to assist in completing the IT risk assessment process. Contains: Import Template – prefilled with FY17 data Assessment spreadsheets needed by the unit Forms / templates the unit may use Other related documents

5 Non-IT Professionals Website recently updated: Non-IT Professional landing page Assessment instructions Links to help documentation Links to surveys (format: Google Forms) Division Risk Assessment Coordinator (D-RAC) responsibilities: Ensure the list of staff and faculty is sent to Dean/VP (or designee) for approval Ensure staff and faculty are notified of the requirements Team Drives have a template that can be used Assist staff and faculty when possible Send the list to so we can track who has completed the end user surveys
