Summary Uncovering sections of previously completed work has revealed additional areas of concern therefore delaying site progress. Although this is a major disappointment we had anticipated additional problems and had added extra time within the program to action any unforeseen issues. We have commenced remedial works on these areas and finalised the detail to secure air tightness which is required to achieve Passivhaus standards. We are still looking to handover on , but this still remains a provisional date Hastoe would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused due to the delay for this scheme and we want to thank the Parish Council & Local Authority for their continued support.
