Large territory & many stakeholders AoLP’s attracts 1,000 households while their 3,000 in community Need greater collaboration with school boards Evangelization is not a focused function with strong processes and practices i.e., needs organizational presence

Evangelization Function Concept
Promote parish mission to evangelize active parishioners, inactive Catholics and all searchers and seekers of the Catholic faith To create and implement evangelization and adult faith formation opportunities that are welcoming, engaging, educational, and spiritually enriching. To plan and facilitate Sacramental preparation programs for the Sacraments and the inquiry stage of RCIA in collaboration with appropriate groups /individuals Provide leadership & coordination of faith formation processes and activities, during the year. Provide a deeper clarity of the vision, mission and intentional discipleship process at all facets.

Recommendations Establish effective structures and staff role for a Parish Evangelization function (TOR) (Job Description) Analyze and propose recommendations to become more effective in evangelization at events/weekend experience. Focus in on Places of contact with Beaconhill demographic ie. schools, sacraments (What can be done better for parents?)
