Scroll to program year 2014 and under Participation click on Add Activity. District conferences attended in the fall of 2012 are reported against this years ES-237 (2013).

Step 2 – in the drop down select District Fall Leadership Conference. All district conferences are to be reported under this heading.

6 At the district level you can run reports for each county without retyping or generating any additional paperwork. The county reports can be merged into a single Excel worksheet for nametags, registration, etc. The report will also tell you the childs age, a volunteer’s certification status, if the child is re-enrolled, etc. The county will also have data entered for next years ES-237 Win- Win!
