5. To make a referral, click here

Select Assignee: you can choose a particular person or Central Coordinator (Retention Office)
Choose “Public” to share your referral with other instructors and advisors who work with student. Choose “Private” if confidentiality
is an issue.

7. Courses and Midterm Grades Click “Details”

8. Click “Courses” tab and scroll down to current semester
“In Progress” grades are midterm grades. Past courses will include final grades.
Note: “absences” record is not functional.
