3 No more multiple passwords to recall
SIMPLIFIED ACCESS PASSWORD PROTECTION Distributor/Partner YES BPS Monthly password generated for each distributor and partner. Monthly password updated in Albert so all BPS agents are aware. Final day of each month, new password sent to agreed contact at each Partner/Distributor. Mail sent from bps.communications Advise whitelisted stockist of monthly password. THIRD PARTY QUERIES Distributor/Partner/ Whitelisted Stockist BPS BPS Call BPS, prepared with password of the month and SEC code. Agent asks caller to confirm password of the month and checks: Password matches (on albert) Third party access is enabled SEC Code Third Party validation check completed successfully call proceeds. (ensuring SEC has 3rd party access). YES YES No more multiple passwords to recall

4 SIMPLIFIED DISABLING ACCESS
All customers hold the right to withhold or revoke third party access. Our new business agreement confirm: If a customer does not wish to enable third party access, simply notify EE by ing The Partner / Distributor will be notified accordingly.

Without Third Party you’re unable to Confirm bill date Confirm payment method Confirm billing address Confirm last bill amount Arrange a replacement device Proactively update and change products Ask EE any billing questions Unbar a number Account maintenance Ports Out Without Third Party you may still Create a copy account Suspend a number Sim Swaps New Connections Upgrades / Migrations (Orange to EE) Ports In Credit check Confirm if they have any direct agreements on account (OBSCA etc). Confirm the segmentation of a prospect account (SB, Corp etc). Within 90 days of connection Check what you have connected Check what products have been enabled Change products if an honest mistake has been made and we can see clear evidence in the form of an agreement, call recording or from customer.
