To raise awareness of the project during the initial stages to secure positive engagement from relevant stakeholders. These stakeholders are important to secure both their contributions to the process, as well as their willingness to use the results To strengthen the link between the project and the broader technical/scientific community. It is important that the technical rigour of the project is maintained through external scientific critique and challenge. This will be achieved by contributing to external conferences (including the TRA conference) and refereed journals. WP4 will also support the links to any standardisation efforts required. To ensure that the activities of the project are disseminated to a wide community, including policy makers and the wider public. This will be achieved through the website, newsletters and articles, posters and flyers on the topic. An event at the European Parliament or European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) will be arranged to explain the topic to policy makers. To promote the outreach, knowledge transfer and implementation of the project results. This will focus on events to explain the findings to relevant stakeholders at regional and European level. Presentation material will be developed in at least five languages (EN, DE, FR, ES, IT) for use at relevant national workshops arranged by FEHRL members. Infravation will provide support for projects to develop further partners for the exploitation of products and service developed. 12
