4. Some people incorrectly pose a difference between the written Word (logos) and the spoken word (rhema). It is the same Holy Spirit who speaks.

5. The closer we get to the written Word of the Holy Spirit as the foundation of our life, the clearer we become of the spoken word of the Holy Spirit.

Acts 18 25 He had been instructed in the way/Way of the Lord, and he spoke with great fervor (in spirit/Spirit) and taught about Jesus accurately, though he knew only the baptism of John.

Acts 18 26 He began to speak boldly in the synagogue.”
Without boldness, all our ability wasted.

A true believer
Boldness comes with eloquence which can be learned
Boldness comes with knowledge
Boldness comes with passion

Pride gets in the way of learning
Learn. Unlearned. Relearn.
If you are not learning anything new, you in spiritual rut, spinning your wheels.

21. Be the Spirit-Directed Learner
Learn new propositional truth.
Learn how to live-out truth.
Learn to do, not just head knowledge.

22. James 1 22 But be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. 23 Because if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like someone looking at his own face in a mirror … and immediately forgets what kind of person he was. 

23. James 1  25 But the one who … is not a forgetful hearer but a doer who works—this person will be blessed in what he does. (CSB)

Apollos served in the power of the Holy Spirit

25. 27 When Apollos wanted to go to Achaia, the brothers and sisters encouraged him and wrote to the disciples there to welcome him. When he arrived, he was a great help to those who by grace had believed. 28 For he vigorously refuted his Jewish opponents in public debate, proving from the Scriptures that Jesus was the Messiah.

The impact in your life include: peace and harmony, mental keenness, spiritual power, passion for the right things, will to do what is good and right. So much for so little effort!
