Agenda point: Member State overview of the existing IT applications for the EU establishment listing under Regulation (EU) No 853/2004.
REGISTER OF VETERINARY APPROVED ANIMAL FOOD HANDLING ENTITIES of the State Food and Veterinary Service (Republic of Lithuania)
The main functions:
- keeping records on veterinary approved food handling entities and on veterinary control.
Basic business process:
- after primary veterinary inspection, the information on veterinary approval of the entity (business operator) is recorded in the DB system within 3 days.
- veterinary inspections are carried out by local State Food and Veterinary Services and inspection data are recorded in the DB within 3 days after the inspection.
Other functions of the DB system: generating reports, printing inspection orders and inspection sheets, grouping entities subject to control according to their risk (low, medium, high).
Review of public data –
All the data are stored at the Microsoft SQL DB. Web application is based on MS Visual Studio (C#).

VEPRAS funkcijos - rinkti, kaupti, apdoroti, sisteminti, saugoti veterinarinį patvirtinimą turinčių gyvūninio maisto gamybos ir perdirbimo subjektų registracijos bei kontrolės duomenis.
Registro objektas – veterinarinės kontrolės subjektai ir juose vykdoma valstybinė veterinarinė priežiūra ir valstybinė veterinarinė kontrolė.
Veterinarinės kontrolės subjektui suteikus veterinarini patvirtinimą, ne vėliau kaip per 5 darbo dienas registro duomenų bazėje užregistruojami atitinkami subjekto duomenys. Teritorinės VMVT ne vėliau kaip per 5 darbo dienas po subjekto
patikrinimo į VEPRAS duomenų bazę įrašo kontrolės duomenis.
Ataskaitų formavimas, tikrinimo pavedimų spausdinimas, kontrolės subjektų kategorizavimas į mažos, vidutinės ir didelės rizikos objektus.
Viešų duomenų peržiūra:
Duomenys kaupiami ir saugomi VEPRAS centrinėje Microsoft SQL duomenų bazėje. Web aplikacija sukurta naudojant MS Visual Studio (C#).
