This business is an Internet Café Called "Café Crème’." Our commitment to excellence in the craft and artistry of baking enables us to deliver high quality products that look superb, are a culinary delight. Our cafes will feature the height of technology and innovation to make sure our clients have access to the connected community and world. The management team of Cafe' Creme Coffee Shop combines highly skilled workers, each with valued ideas and a background in the culinary field.

Business organization
There are two different departments within our shop. Those departments are Management and shop Attendees or clerks. Our goal is to focus on an excellent shop while providing lower cost and product quality, so there is still room to explore possible opportunities. The base of employees within Cafe' Creme Coffee Shop may expand, but that will be based on how well the company achieves the goals set forth.

Our systems are able to help employees to find information and any merchandise immediately by knowing how much is available and where is it actually located. Also if anything is seen or needs to be reported above management there is a 1800 number located at the back of the handbook for this purpose.
