Officially formed by Dr. John Kerekes of RIT on May 27, 2007 WNY Chapter spans 5 IEEE Sections of Region 1, Area D: Rochester, NY (Rochester serves as the parent Section) Binghamton, NY Buffalo, NY Ithaca, NY Syracuse, NY
