A Tripier flap is shown designed at a higher level than as described for lower eyelid reconstruction. (B) The tumour has been excised to, but preserving, the tarsal plate. The resection includes the lid margin. The innervated myocutaneous flap has been elevated. (C) The flap is shown after transfer. (D) The flap has been inset at the lid margin, including inset of the pedicles by islanding the skin overlying the upper part of the tarsal plate.
