Every project includes, at minimum, Kickoff and Lessons Learned Focus on demonstrated and documented success with Issue Resolution Take action on lessons learned

What was not done on this project that future projects should start doing? What do you believe made this project successful? Did the team celebrate what went well? What are the Outcomes of the Lessons Learned? Training needs identified What areas of the Plans, Specifications or Estimates that could have been improved? Report shared with Project Team and MCDOT Leadership
