PMO-III, 23-24 March 2006, Hamburg. 13 Criteria for Issue The SOT Certificate of Appreciation can be presented to any ship recruited by an agency to participate in the VOS, VOSClim, SOOP or ASAP. A ship can have multiple Certificates of Appreciation if it participates in distinct programs for different agencies e.g. VOS for GB & SOOP for AU.

Major hurdle is finding an editor with the time to commit to the responsibility – looking for volunteers! Desire to establish a pool of newsworthy articles for the use by any agency producing its own newsletter.
