recognize steps required by law to be performed in the hazard recognition process
define hazards and recognize permission procedures to enter danger zones
identify causes and prevention of hazardous situations in the workplace

This assessment will determine your ability to recall information after viewing the Lesson 3 Module. Please answer the following questions:

8. Interactive Activity – Hazard Search
This activity will assess your ability to search and identify hazardous areas using an interactive diagram which can be displayed by the link below
Once the diagram is displayed, place your mouse pointer over an area that you feel can be a hazard.
Click the area and if is it correct, an “X” will appear and a description will also appear to the right of the diagram.
If it is incorrect, a response will appear on the right of the diagram indicating it is not a hazard.
To display this diagram, click on the words “Diagram Illustration Quiz”.
