2. من أهم وأخطر الأمراض القاتلة التي تصيب الشواذ ( الأيدز ) الذي يبدو هكذا Kaposi’s Sarcoma
AIDS-related Kaposi’s sarcoma. An aggressive and disseminated form of Kaposi’s sarcoma is the most frequently reported neoplastic disorder associated with AIDS. Remarkably, 95% of all the AIDS-related “epidemic” form of Kaposi’s sarcoma occurring in North America, Europe, and Australia has been seen among homosexual or bisexual men, suggesting that in this population, Kaposi’s sarcoma may be due to a sexually transmissible agent other than HIV. The Kaposi’s sarcoma tumors are seen most often on the skin and mucosa as asymptomatic, pink to deep purple or dark brown, round to oval-shaped patches, which eventually become thickened plaques and nodular tumors. They appear as single lesions or in clusters, at the same or distant sites.
The middle photo is of a patient with cutanoeous and pulmonary related kapois’s sarcoma. Such patient may suffocate to death.

3. Disseminated large warts الثآليل المنتشرة الناجمة عن الأيدز
HIV patients get all kinds of difficult to treat warts that can be extensive and disfiguring. Genital warts (Condylomata accuminata) can be very extensive and impossible to treat and is considered one of the commonest sexually transmitted diseases. Warts involving the uterine cervix causes cervical cancer which can kill the patient and is common in HIV infected women.
