Apply to Graduate Through Banner Student Self-Service

2 Navigate to the Application
From the OneStop page in Cor, scroll to the Commencement portal and select the “Apply to Graduate” link as shown Or Click Here Edit to Cor Page

3 Select most recent term you were registered in
Select the default term for most up-to-date information.

4 Select the curriculum for your application
If the information here is inaccurate, STOP. UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS Correct by submitting accurate Change of Major form or contact your advisor for assistance. GRADUATE STUDENTS Correct by contacting Come back to reapply once the change appears on your OneStop page in Cor If you are applying for a certificate AND a degree, you must complete a separate application for each type.

5 Select from the list of available graduation dates
SUMMER GRADUATES Select from one of the summer options. Your graduation ceremony will default to the next closest Fall Ceremony Date. ALL GRADUATES If you wish to select a different ceremony date, select ‘Undecided’ on the NEXT PAGE

6 Indicate if you plan to attend the ceremony
If you wish to select a different ceremony date Select ‘Undecided’ You will be contacted by to clarify your intent.

7 Provide us the name you want displayed on your diploma (the same listing will also appear on the commencement program) Use the dropdown to select one of your names. You will also be given the option to edit your name on the next page.

8 Last review of your name prior to submitting application
The name displayed here is what was selected on the previous page. You can edit your diploma name here.

9 Tell us where you want your diploma mailed

10 Last review of your address prior to submitting application
The address entered here is solely for the purpose of mailing your diploma. This will not affect any other address the College has on file for you. If your diploma address changes at a later time you MUST contact Changes made via the Mail Room or OneStop will not suffice. You MUST contact the Registrar’s Office to affect your diploma address.

11 You must click the Submit Request button

12 Viewing your completed application

13 If you are applying for a certificate AND a degree, you must complete a separate application for each type. Your name will only appear once in the commencement program under the highest credential completed. You will not be able to electronically change your application once submitted. To make changes, you must contact or stop by Tower Hall, T1125 to speak to our Graduation Specialist.
