Download PowerPoint and all video’s
Save these files in the SAME folder on your computer
Open the PowerPoint and test videos –
If video’s are not working follow instructions on the next slide

3. Embedding Videos from Computer
Open PowerPoint
Select slide to add video
Select INSERT from top menu
Select Video – (menu will drop down) Select video on my PC

4. Select video you want to add
5. Click Insert

6. Video will appear in slide
7. Continue until all videos have been added to PowerPoint
8. Save PowerPoint – click File

10. Select Folder where you are saving PowerPoint
11. Click Save
