Outstanding Issues
By November 2003 meeting the following will (may) be included in the model:
Fluorescent light effect (100 Hz Doppler) will be included in the Matlab simulator.
Possibly one more model scenario may be added that is suitable for outdoor microcells with large rms delay spread ( ns). This depends on the Usage Models outcome.
