1 HOW TO PAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP DUES ONLINE AT OWNERS.ORG*
*ONLY the designated Principal Correspondent (PC) for your hotel (s) can renew/pay for membership dues online and assign cardholders.

2 Navigate to www.owners.org and click on the red “Member Login” button.
Step 1 Navigate to and click on the red “Member Login” button.

3 Step 1 Continued Enter your Address and Password. Click on “Log In”. Select “Click here if you are a new user or you forgot your password” if: you are a new user and do not have a password (i.e. you have never logged in), you have forgotten your password, or your password is not working.

4 Step 2 Once you’ve logged in as a PC to Your Account, choose the RENEW MEMBERSHIP for 2019 icon with the plus sign (IF you are a new member icon will say “Join for 2019”) Before proceeding, read the Welcome Page for important information.

5 Step 3 All of your eligible hotel dues to be paid will show up on the Membership Renewal screen. You MUST make sure ALL HOTELS on the page are checked to pay for dues and assign member benefit cards. If you do NOT select all hotels to pay, you will skip all the cardholder assignment pages that follow and will not be able to assign/issue any cards under your account. Once all hotels are checked, click “Next”.

6 Step 4 Next, enter the number of Additional Member Benefits Cards you would like to purchase. The above text will tell you how many additional cards are available to you based on the number of your hotels your are paying for. Click “Next”.

7 Step 5 Existing cardholders on your account will show up here. Check the box next to their name(s) to renew them. Using the pencil icon, review their contact information and update any info as necessary. To add a NEW additional cardholder, click on the “Add Person” button (see Slide 7). To delete/remove an existing cardholder from your account, use the “X” button. Once all of your cardholders are listed correctly and box for their names checked, click “Next”.

8 Step 6 If adding a NEW cardholder, fill in all of their information as indicated at left. The IHG Rewards Club # and fields are mandatory, so please provide this. The IHG Rewards Club # will be linked to/printed on the cardholder’s member benefits card. The cardholder will also receive a complimentary upgrade to Platinum. When complete, click “Save”.

9 Step 7 If you would like to make a donation to Give Kids The World, either choose an amount from the drop down menu or choose “other” to enter another amount. When finished, or if you wish to skip making a donation, click “Next”.

10 Step 8 Verify “Your Shopping Cart” one final time to ensure accuracy of your total dues payment. Then click “Next”.

11 Step 9 Fill out all of the fields with your credit card information and then click “Next”.

12 Step 10 Review your Payment Information, Address, Memberships and Cart Total for accuracy. A credit card receipt will be sent to your registered address, unless you specify another address in the Confirmation space. Once you have reviewed your order and read the Acknowledgement, click “Submit”.

13 Step 11 Once you see the light blue box that says “Thank you for your order,” you are all set! You can then go back to your account page to view all of your information. Please allow up to 30 minutes for the credit card order to process before you can view your individual new member benefits card under Your Account. NOTE – EACH cardholder that you have renewed in your order will receive their individual card issued confirmation within minutes of order processing. This will contain instructions on how they can login to their owners account to access their member benefits card and information on their Free Nights Deposit. Each cardholder will need to log in to their individual member account to access/view/print their digital member benefit card (you will not be able to view/access their cards from your account except view your own card only).
