Lessons Learned Vendor solutions can provide quick results but are costly to customize. Stability of vendors can impact projects. The acquisition of Teachscape by Frontline Technologies affected the expected outcomes of the project. Teachscape and OES have been re-branded since the inception of this project. Evolving policies and feedback/enhancement requests from the field added a layer of complexity and affected the expected outcomes of the project.
