3. Cascais
The PAYT systems implementation tends to be an expensive initiative. Our waste management model only allows for collective collection.
Cascais already has a very innovative waste management system, which makes it impossible to withstand the financial and technical changes that an individual system will bring.
Therefore, the best solution will be to adapt the current waste management system to a collective PAYT model in order to take advantage of our innovative technology and avoid an increase in costs that we are not prepared to support.
