1 Tablet Cart Guidelines
You can reserve this tablet cart by going to the Technical Support page on the Holley CSD website (under “Departments”) and signing into your Office 365 account (with and password). Cart "Rules": Teachers are in charge of transporting the cart to their classroom at the scheduled time. ONLY ADULTS are permitted to push the mobile carts. Before returning the cart, make sure all devices are plugged in and in their proper slot (number found on the bottom). Unless special arrangements have been made, carts must be returned to their "home location" by 3:30PM every day. BORROWING Tablets → Teachers are in charge of transporting the cart (or sets of tablets) to their classroom at the schedule time. → Only adults are permitted to roll the carts from location to location. → Make sure all tablets are SHUT DOWN completely. Use the Windows icon in the bottom corner. → Place tablets in their proper slots on the cart (labels found on bottom of tablets). → Make sure all tablets are plugged in completely (they will light up). → Make sure all tablets are accounted for before returning. You can reserve this laptop cart by going to the Technical Support page on the Holley CSD website (under “Departments”) and signing into your Office 365 account (with and password). BORROWING LAPTOPS → Teachers are in charge of transporting the cart (or sets of laptops) to their classroom at the schedule time. → Only adults are permitted to roll the carts from location to location. → Make sure all laptops are SHUT DOWN completely. Use the Windows icon in the bottom corner (NOT just shutting the lid!) → Place laptops in their proper slots on the cart (labels found on bottom of laptops). → Make sure all laptops are plugged in completely (they will light up). → Make sure all laptops are accounted for before returning. Troubleshooting Tips If you have an issue with any of the devices: First, try the troubleshooting tips listed below. Create a Help Desk ticket. Make sure to note the device number (located on the back/bottom). Tape a red Help Desk ticket to the device, so others know not to use it until fixed.   IF a Device ISN’T WORKING, TRY THE FOLLOWING:   Restart the device Refresh the web page Try another browser Check the wi-fi Check for battery charge Quit the program and reopen
