2. National Entitlement Card – proof of age
Your National Entitlement Card (also known as your cashless catering card or Young Scot card) has a PASS hologram, making it as credible as a driving licence or passport in Scottish law for proving your age. Your card may however be refused as proof of age if you no longer resemble the photo on your card, which may be the original photo that was taken when you first applied for the card in primary 7. If you would like a photo upgrade on your card take a passport size colour photograph to the school office and complete a Photo Upgrade form.
