The biggest change from 2nd grade to 3rd grade is the transition from oral answers to showing responses in writing.

12. Homework
Homework packets will be sent home on Monday and will be due the following Monday.
Other homework may include: studying spelling words, research for writing, or project work.
Reading at least 20 minutes a night

14. Online student portfolio
Students and I can “show what they know” using photos, videos, drawings, and text
Immediate visual updates when students post work
