Allow heart rate to return to the resting heart rate (rest in a chair!) Repeat 3 & 4 for each group member one at a time while the others rest. Do 40 jumping jacks at the same pace. Take heart rate. Allow heart rate to return to the resting rate. Repeat 7 & 8 for each group member one at a time while the others rest. Do 60 jumping jacks at the same pace. Take heart rate. Repeat 11 & 12 for each group member one at a time while the others rest.
