Fig. 1 After at the first attack, all symptoms vanished spontaneously. After the second attack, the symptoms continued, and we administered midodrine and polycarvophil calcium. After this treatment, we detected high levels of a CSF protein. After the third and fourth attacks, IVIg was required.
