2 What is it? Explore your interests Your curiosity drives your project
Creative projects in biology, earth science, computer science, behavioral science, chemistry, physics, mathematics, engineering and inventing Get involved in science competitions

3 Basics Program is open to all students
40 min periods/class meets every other day Research 1 – 9th (or 10th graders who haven’t had research) Research 2 – 10th Research 11 – 11th Research 12 – 12th ** all learning for all students funnels through their project with consideration given to their ability and passion**

4 Grading Student grades are based on a total points system.   The course is Pass/Fail for marking period 1 and 3. Students will get a Numerical Grade for marking period 2 and 4 MP2 will be calculated using all of the MP1 and MP2 assignments, and MP4 will be calculated using all of the MP3 and MP4 assignments. Marking period 2 and 4 will average for the Final Grade. Student not taking the course during a regular school day class (periods 1-9) must meet all the listed criteria through their after school attendance requirements
