11 Strategic Priorities Realigning the curriculum offer to meet the changing needs of employers. Building a stronger commercial offer servicing the training and mentoring needs of business. Developing and extensive specialist apprenticeship provision. Developing ‘fully rounded’ students with adaptable skills for employment and changing careers.

13 So where are we now….... Merger successfully completed.
Pragmatic and realistic business plan linked to our new vision and values. Funding cocktail to support new city centre campus secured. Ownership and accountability vested in the team rather than appointing a single transformation director. Program management approach established to lead the numerous disciplines and work streams critical to underpin the merger.
