Page 11 / August 5, 2008 nFall – The trees start to change color around mid- Oct. Weather can be cool starting in Sept all the way through early Dec. (warm days, up to 70 - 80 degrees are not uncommon. We call them Indian Summers. nWinter – Costal Virginia: We have some snow, but mostly just flurries. We get a good snow storm about once every 3 to 4 years which is over a foot deep. (we are over due for a good one!) nSpring – It starts warming up around March with a mix of cold and cool days. April (cool), May and early June are nice and warm without a lot of humidity. nSummer – It is typically hot and humid in July and August. Great beach weather.
