Lesson 25: Introduction to the New Testament Scriptures in quotation marks are taken from the KING JAMES VERSION of the Bible.

3 Pharisees – Middle-class, conservative, religious leaders who followed the Law of Moses to the letter Sadducees – Wealthy, liberal, religious leaders who wanted to maintain the status quo; Didn’t believe in the resurrection, angels, etc.
