The grading system changed for English Language, English Literature and Maths in 2017
Almost all the other subjects will following in 2018.
The subjects have a 9 – 1 Grading system
Exceptions
Business Studies, Product Design, Food and Sociology
These subjects are still reporting A*-G grades

2. 9-1 grading
Broadly the same proportion of students will achieve a grade 4+ as currently achieve a grade C+
Broadly the same proportion of students will achieve a grade + as currently achieve a grade A+
The bottom of grade 1 will be aligned with the bottom of grade G
