Honest and smart so his citizens could trust him
He was a great warrior with good training so he could be relied on, if necessary, in battle
Very patient so he wouldn’t get upset while waiting for laws to pass

9. Weaknesses Had to rule empire alone when brother died in battle
Had to keep the position of empire while very sick
Had people who tried to steal the throne from him

10. Conclusion Marcus Aurelius was a good emperor for a few reason
Was very kind to his people and honest so he could be trusted
Was a very strong and trained soldier so he could be useful in battle
Was very patient so he would not lose his temper easily
