- Michael Sabal, KB3GJT EC - Drex, W3ICC AEC - Bob Nice, N3TZW AEC - Jason Bauer, N3RAY AEC resumed - Karl Harris, K3KH AEC newly appointed - Ron Wenig, NY3J AEC newly appointed

11 EC / AEC responsibilities:
- EC must be a full ARRL member. AECs and ARES members need not be. - Plan regular meetings and trainings. - Maintain membership rolls. - Communicate public service needs to members.

12 EC / AEC responsibilities:
- Identify government points of contact for emergency communications. Maintain relationships with government EMAs. - Promote amateur radio to community citizens. - Submit monthly reports to DEC,SEC,SM. - Maintain relay with NTS nets.

13 EC / AEC responsibilities:
- Document communications challenges, resources, and standard operating procedures. - Evaluate advances in technology as they relate to public service. - Submit IRS Postcard 990 each January 15. - Completed all recommended training courses.

14 OES responsibilities:
- Status granted based on a unique position or station features. - Assumes regular, pre-assigned duties during most or all public service events. - Must be a full ARRL member.
