1. The Supplier Support Committee (SSC for short) is a body of volunteer suppliers who work together to represent the global supplier community in the Nadcap system and who work with the NMC to make Nadcap more effective and economically valuable for the benefit of all supplier and subscriber stakeholders.

2. Shown on this slide in red, the Nadcap Supplier Support Committee has the same status as a Task Group, also reporting in to the Nadcap Management Council. While the Task Groups focus on technical topics, the SSC is a non-technical group that addresses systemic issues. The SSC Chair has a vote on Nadcap Management Council ballots.

4. The SSC Leadership Team is made up of supplier volunteers from around the world, approximately in proportion with the amount of Nadcap activity globally i.e. 60%+ Americas, ¼ Europe and 13% Asia.
The Leadership Team receives administrative support from PRI staff, just like the other Nadcap bodies do, such as Nadcap Management Council and Task Groups.
