Age Friendly City Program - A contemporary partnership ‘Kunstroute65’ was brought to life to guide the elderly in the world of innovative culture. The activities connect the young generation with the old generation. - Several cultural institutions introduced the elderly to their projects (pre-existing as well as new ones): * DDF: Dutch Design Foundation – organizes Dutch Design Week * MU: MU artspace, located in Eindhoven, zooms in on the hybrid visual culture of now and later * Mad Skills: expert organization in the field of urban culture * STRP: biennial festival that focuses on technology and art - A network of organizations combined with elderly participants was created

Long term benefits - The elderly are aware of the cultural programs and activities in Eindhoven. The elderly can participate actively and passively - Cultural institutions integrate an innovative program within their regular features for the elderly - A platform/network is created in which healthcare facilities, welfare facilities and cultural organizations are aware of each other and are able to cooperate with each other to create projects for the elderly to participate in cultural activities - To keep this platform alive, meetings are organized twice a year - Numerous cultural institutions organize special programs for the elderly and these are communicated through a separate communication platform:
