4 Email should have the following information
Location/p-code/GPS coordinates Key informant/Shaweesh name & number Brief description of the case/issue referred If there’s a suspected outbreak, fire What # of cases

5 Google Docs UNHCR WASH/shelter Units feed the info to Google docs. The link:

7 CC [carbon copy] UNHCR WASH/Shelter Unit will copy the partner and the donor who are responsible to respond in the area/site/cadastral

8 Health related Issue UNHCR Health Unit (Mona) and the MoH focal person will be also copied.

9 Follow-up WASH/Shelter Unit will follow up until that referral is completed and the case is closed.
