4. Supporting staff retention
An organisation called Successful Mums has been awarded funding to support staff retention in the care sector
A course (3 workshops plus 1-to-1 support where required) will be run that focuses on the communication and motivational skills of employees
The training will build confidence and encourage lifelong learning - and where appropriate support staff to take on more responsibility
Participants must be working for an organisation that’s based in SW London – and be earning £8.23+ an hour
