2 Who was involved in the war.
The war was between Japan with support of United States & United Kingdom Vs Russia with support of Montenegro, Serbia, France, Germany.

3 Why did it happen? One of the primary reasons for the Russo-Japanese was that Japan was wanting control over Korea. The Japanese was wanting Korea for defensive for themselves. Russia was wanting the land for there train to Russia and end at Port Arthur so they could get supplies from the port in Russia. Russia was also wanting a warm water port.

4 The war Japan attack and destroy the Russian eastern fleet.
A Russian fleet made the long trip from the Baltic Sea around Africa and India, only to be half destroyed by the Japanese upon its arrival in Northeast Asia. Casualties Japanese Russians 47,152–47,400 killed 11,424–11,500 died of wounds 21,802–27,200 died of disease 34,000–52,623 killed or died of wounds 9,300–18,830 died of disease 146,032 wounded 74,369 captured

5 Japan Japans navy was modelled after the British navy.
The majority of ships were built in British and French shipyards. Japan also modelled there army after the French army, then the German army. British also help train the army

6 Ending of the war The war ends because of Japan attacking Port Arthur, the Russia general surrenders to Japan. The Russian general didn’t ask anyone above him if he can surrender, he just went and did it
