at the request of recipients
mixture is not classified as hazardous in accordance with Title I and II of CLP, but contains:
at least one substance posing human health or environment hazards in individual concentration of ≥ 1 % (w/w) for non-gaseous mixture and ≥ 0,2 % (w/w) for gaseous mixture
in individual concentration of 0,1 % (w/w) for non-gaseous mixtures at least one substance classified as:
Carc. 2, or Repr. 1A, 1B and 2, or Skin Sens. 1, or Resp. Sens. 1, or
has effects on or via lactation
PBT or vPvB in accordance with Annex or
has been included in the list established in accordance with Article 59 (1)
a substance for which there are Community workplace exposure limits

When shall supplier update the SDS?
as soon as new information which may affect the risk management measures, or new information on hazards becomes available;
once an authorization has been granted or refused;
once a restriction has been imposed.
the new version shall be provided on paper or electronically to all recipients to whom the substance/mixture has been supplied within the preceding 12 months

any other information that might call into question the appropriateness of the RMM identified in a SDS supplied to him, which shall be communicated only for identified uses
distributors shall pass the information to the next actor or distributor up to supply chain
