3. Mentoring Options: Traditional Mentoring Speed Mentoring
Paired with 1 person
2 hrs/month x 3 months
Where & How to meet is up to the pair
Face to face is preferred, but not required
Speed Mentoring
No long term commitment just register for the specific event
You’ll be paired with several people over the course of the event. (1 or 2 hours)
Pairings will change every few minutes
An open mind and willingness to learn and share

Distribute suggestions for discussion monthly

Send discussion topics once per month to the pairs
Keep David Hults and consider a session for the mentees
Sign up NOW through April 15 for the next session which will start in May
