3. The Latin American Education Network is a regional South-South coalition of civil society organizations focused on education. It is composed of prominent CSOs from 14 countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, and the Dominican Republic.
