However, SISCOM (injection at 23s from seizure onset, duration of seizure: 71s) showed “hot” spot in contralateral occipital cortex (B). Subdural grid from bilateral occipital cortex confirmed the ictal zone from left occipital cortex and subsequent cortical resection achieved seizure freedom at 10 years follow-up.
