7 New Member expectations
What our Fraternal Units could/should provide: Lodges should supplement the materials that Moose International provides to the new member. Every new member should get a packet of materials from their Lodge, which should include what the Lodge offers.

15 New member production/campaign
Programs that are cost effective and fun! Idea for lodge/district/association: For every member you sponsor you get a chance to spin the wheel at the next Association Meeting. On the wheel can be, sorry you are not a winner, but thanks for sponsoring, sorry not a winner, but spin again for another chance!, dinner with the Association President at the 5 Club banquet; ‘cheap items’, such as candy bar with a personalized covering, pens, notepads with Association logo, Association Hat, Association T-shirts, golf balls, watches, etc.

16 Comments “We never felt like we were a part of the lodge. No one ever took the time to really introduce us to the lodge and all the great charitable things going on. Its like they signed us up just to try to win some membership drive. Sadly, after going a few times and receiving the same treatment each time, we left and did not return.”

17 Comments “Actually, the people working there were very unfriendly. The people that were in the club when I would go in were very vulgar with foul language. If you were new, you were pretty much ignored. Just not a place that I would spend any time in.”

18 Comments “The Moose is a "social club' run by old members who do not appreciate any changes or any "new" members who may be a "threat" to the way they run things.” “Very old crowd not trending to new, younger members.”

19 Every lodge needs new members
